By creating an account and using TrainFix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

3. Description of Services

TrainFix provides the following services:

• AI-generated personalized workout plans based on user fitness profiles and daily state
• Daily check-in system to track mood, energy, sleep, and recovery
• Workout logging and progress tracking with RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) feedback
• AI-powered workout adjustments based on user feedback and performance
• Analytics and insights to monitor fitness progress over time

4. Conditions of Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use TrainFix
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your fitness level and health status
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

TrainFix offers both Free and Premium subscription plans. Premium plans provide unlimited workout generation, advanced analytics, and priority support.

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscribers. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of TrainFix (including but not limited to AI algorithms, user interface, graphics, and logos) are owned by TrainFix and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• TrainFix is a fitness planning tool and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.
• We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from following workout plans generated by our AI.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of AI recommendations.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of TrainFix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Modifications to Terms and Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where TrainFix is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the EU, as applicable.
